Welcome! I'm Helen a 500+hour certified Kripalu yoga instructor.
My group yoga classes are suitable for everybody, with modifications offered to meet all levels of ability.
Restorative classes are an opportunity to switch off, stretch gently, allow your body & mind to deeply rest & switch off.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that induces a feeling of deep rest.
Lie back & just listen to my voice. No experience needed, come as you are.
Enjoy a profound sense of deep peace & calm.
Workshops ( generally 4 x a year) are an opportunity to go deeper than a 75min weekly class allows.
You can expect to be taught in a caring, compassionate and non judgmental atmosphere where your body’s needs will be honoured.
