Please do not come to class if you are feeling unwell especially if you are displaying any symptoms relating to Covid19.

 

Try not to eat at least 1hr before class. Yoga doesn't feel great on a full tummy!

 

Wear comfortable clothes, layers are best, not too loose.

I have spare mats if needed initially and can advise you on purchasing your Goldilocks mat - not too thin & not too thick - but just right!
